This is because once a digital gift card is sent electronically, it is considered used, and the transaction cannot be reversed. For this reason, we strongly urge customers to carefully verify all order details, including the recipient’s email address and the selected gift card amount, before completing the purchase.
No Cancellation After Delivery: Once a gift card is successfully delivered via email, the order is considered final and non-refundable. Please be sure to double-check your order information at checkout, as GiftsWaves cannot be held responsible for customer errors in entering incorrect email addresses or choosing the wrong product.
